Today we are sharing the info about the whole process of bottle water production line.
The whole production line will be divided into two parts.
The first part is RO water treatment system.
Purpose: The raw water get through RO water treatment system,to generating pure water,and save on the pure water tank,you can be learned how’s the raw water to be purified from below process.

Purpose of each machine of this part:
It’s starting from blowing machine and end by shrink wrapping machine.
- blowing machine(bottle making);
- filling machine(washing,filling and capping);
- dryer machine(dry the surface of bottle);
- code inkjet machine(print date code);
- sleeve label machine(stick label on bottle);
- shrink wrapping machine(package)
